The Project — beIN Sports Staff Lanyards
beIN Sports, a globally recognised sports broadcasting network, required custom-branded lanyards for their Malaysia office. The lanyards needed to serve as both staff identification and building access tools, worn daily by every team member across departments.
We produced 500 pieces of 20mm polyester lanyards with silkscreen printing in beIN Sports’ signature corporate colours. Each lanyard was fitted with a safety breakaway buckle, swivel J-hook, and transparent vinyl card holder to house their staff ID and access card.
The result was a professional, on-brand lanyard that unified staff appearance across the office while meeting workplace safety requirements. beIN Sports’ HR team noted the lanyards helped reinforce corporate identity and streamlined visitor identification at reception.

What Made This Project Special
The beIN Sports project required precise Pantone colour matching to their brand guidelines. Our production team worked through two rounds of colour proofing to ensure the teal and white tones were exact — critical for a global media brand where visual consistency matters across every touchpoint.
Each lanyard was quality-checked for print alignment, buckle tension, and card holder fit. The silkscreen print was applied using high-density ink for a slightly raised, premium feel — a subtle detail that elevates the lanyard from a basic accessory to a branded asset.
The order was delivered within 10 working days, packaged individually in polybags for easy distribution to each department. beIN Sports later placed a repeat order for new hires, confirming the lanyard’s role as a permanent part of their staff onboarding kit.
