Five main types: soft enamel (recessed colour fill, textured ridges — our most popular), hard enamel / cloisonné (fired and polished flat for a smooth, jewellery-like premium finish), die-struck (stamped metal with no colour, in gold/silver/bronze/antique — ideal for long-service awards), printed (epoxy-domed) (full-colour print sealed under a clear dome for gradients and photos), and 3D moulded (sculpted depths for crests, mascots and emblems).
What backing and clutch options are available?
Butterfly (clutch) backing is standard; we also offer rubber clutches, safety pin-clutch, and magnetic backing (no pinholes — ideal for delicate fabrics). Backing cards and presentation pouches are available for gifting.
What artwork file should I send, and can you Pantone-match?
Vector files (Adobe Illustrator .ai or .pdf) give the cleanest result; a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI) also works. We Pantone colour-match to your brand and provide a free artwork mock-up before production — just send what you have.
How long does production take?
Around 20–30 working days after artwork approval, depending on style and branding, plus about 15 days shipping. Express available for limited styles.
