How much does t-shirt printing cost in Malaysia?

Pricing varies based on quantity, printing method, number of colours, and garment type. For silkscreen printing on basic cotton tees, bulk orders of 100+ pieces typically start from RM8–RM15 per piece. DTF and DTG printing start from RM15–RM25 per piece for smaller orders. What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the printing method. Silkscreen requires a minimum of 50 pieces per design. DTF printing has no minimum order — you can order as few as 10 pieces. DTG printing is available from just 1 piece. Embroidery starts from 30 pieces.

Which printing method is best for corporate uniforms?

For corporate uniforms, we recommend embroidery for logo placement on polo shirts (premium, durable finish) combined with silkscreen or DTF for any back-print or full-colour elements. The best method depends on your design complexity and budget — our team can advise you.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 5–7 working days from mock-up approval and deposit payment. Express production (3 working days) is available for urgent orders at an additional fee. Larger orders of 500+ pieces may require 10–14 working days.

What file format do you need for my design?

For best results, send vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PDF). For DTF and DTG printing, high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI minimum) also work well. We accept JPEG files but may need to redraw the design if the resolution is too low. Our in-house design team can help prepare your artwork at no extra charge.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver across Peninsular Malaysia (1–3 days) and East Malaysia (3–5 days). Delivery within Klang Valley typically arrives within 1–2 working days. Self-collection is also available from our facility.

Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide free digital mock-ups for every order. For large orders (300+ pieces), we can produce a physical sample piece for your approval before proceeding with full production. Sample charges apply but are deducted from your final order.

Is there a difference between DTF and silkscreen quality?

Both produce excellent results — but they serve different needs. Silkscreen gives vibrant, durable prints with a slightly thicker ink feel, ideal for bold logos and solid colours. DTF produces softer, more flexible prints with photographic detail and unlimited colours. Both withstand 50+ washes with proper care.

Can you print on both sides of a t-shirt?

Yes. Front and back printing is available for all methods. You can also add sleeve prints, pocket prints, and nape (inner collar) prints. Each print position is priced separately — additional positions are typically 30–50% of the main print cost.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. If you have a concept or rough sketch, our in-house design team can create a print-ready design for you. Basic design service (logo placement and text layout) is complimentary. Custom illustration and complex graphic design are available at an additional fee.

How should I care for printed t-shirts to make them last?

Turn the garment inside out before washing. Use cold water and a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener directly on the print area. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly over the print — iron on the reverse side. Following these steps will keep your prints looking sharp for years.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), online payment, and company purchase orders (for established B2B accounts with approved credit terms). A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before delivery.
