Do you deliver directly to Singapore?

Yes. We ship directly to any address in Singapore. Standard cross-border delivery takes 3–5 business days after production is complete. No freight forwarder or third-party logistics needed on your end.

Is pricing quoted in SGD or MYR?

All pricing is quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). At current exchange rates, this typically represents strong value for Singapore-based buyers. We can also issue invoices in SGD on request for your finance department.

Can I split delivery between Malaysia and Singapore?

Yes. You can order one batch and split delivery across multiple addresses in both countries. For example, 600 pins to your KL office and 400 pins to your Singapore office. We pack and ship separately at no extra handling fee.

Are there customs duties for enamel pins shipped to Singapore?

Singapore has no customs duty on most goods. GST (currently 9%) applies to imported goods above SGD 400. For smaller orders, there is typically no additional tax. We can provide commercial invoices for your customs clearance if needed.

How do I communicate with your team from Singapore?
