Screen printing is charged by the screen, so one logo across all five bodies still uses a single screen — but a dark logo that reads cleanly on orange disappears on royal blue, and changing ink colour per body adds a setup charge each time. Pick one ink that holds up across the whole range, or budget for the extra. On wear: the binding is a separately sewn bound edge, and that is exactly where a plain hemmed apron frays first, at the curved bottom corners.
