Measure your case on all three sides and add the figures together, then match the total: S covers 100–110 cm, M 120–130 cm, L 140–150 cm and XL 155–165 cm. The inch figure moulded into a shell is taken without the wheels, so a 21in spinner on tall castors lands at the very top of the S range and the hem may not clear the wheel housings. A cover also takes the belt and ramp scuffing that would otherwise land on a 20-inch cabin case or a 24-inch check-in case, so many buyers order the two together.
