We build these in runs of 100 to 300 for onboarding kits at the Penang and Kulim electronics plants, and two details decide how well they come out. The only flat face is the top panel, roughly 55 × 35 mm, so a crest or wordmark needs redrawing for that ratio rather than shrinking into it. And because the casing is lightly textured ABS, the UV ink is laid over a primer pass so gradients cure evenly instead of mottling. Each unit also carries a lithium cell, so build lead time around battery-compliant freight rather than ordinary parcel service.
