What affects your timeline: a complete brief speeds things up, extra rounds of revisions slow them down, and larger quantities take longer to build. As each design starts from a blank page, rush orders are not offered; for year-end awards and annual dinner season, brief us at least three months before the event.

Are these official LEGO® sets?
No. We use LEGO®-compatible bricks, which connect with LEGO® parts. That compatibility is what allows bespoke builds, brand colours and printed pieces for company orders.
What is the minimum order for custom brick models in Malaysia?
The minimum is 300 pieces per design. Every piece in the order shares the same design.
How early should we brief you?
Allow for design and proofing, then 21–45 days of production after approval and about 15 days of shipping. Rush orders are not possible, as each model is designed for you.
Can you build our headquarters, vessel or product?
Usually, yes. Send photos from several angles and your brand colours, and our designers will propose a build and a format that suits your budget.
Can the minifigure wear our uniform or PPE?
Yes. Send front and back photos of the uniform, coveralls or hard hat and we will match the figure to your team.
Will we see the model before it is made?
Yes. Our designers send a visual of the full build, figure and printed elements, and production only starts once you are happy with it.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver across Malaysia, including Penang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak, with an itemised invoice and no SST.
