In Malaysia, “mineral water” is what most people call any bottled water, but the two are regulated differently. Natural mineral water comes from an underground source and must meet the standards in the Food Regulations 1985; packaged drinking water is treated potable water sealed in a bottle. At least 300 per label design. The whole run is printed with the same artwork.
Is this mineral water or drinking water?
Our custom-label bottle is sealed drinking water in a 300ml bottle with a white screw cap, the cap colour used for packaged drinking water in Malaysia. If you specifically need natural mineral water, ask us before ordering.
When should I place my order?
Count back about two months from your event: 21–45 days of production once the artwork is approved, then roughly 15 days of shipping. Rush orders are not possible on this range.
Can the label carry a QR code or hashtag?
Yes. Most clients put the logo and event name on the front and use the back for a QR code, hashtag or sponsor line, next to the information panel we place for you.
Is 300ml the only size?
It is the size this range is set up for, small enough for a place setting or delegate bag. For a different size, ask before you confirm and we will check what is possible.
Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?
Yes. We deliver nationwide, including Penang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak, to your office or event venue.
Do you charge SST?
No. Aquaholic Gifts Malaysia is not SST-registered, so quotations and invoices are itemised without SST.
