The Project — DHL Staff Growth Milestone Plush Keychain
DHL, one of the world’s leading international logistics companies, approached us with a meaningful brief: to create a custom plush keychain that their Malaysian team could gift internally to staff as a recognition of collective growth and achievement. Rather than a generic token, they wanted something tactile and memorable — something employees would actually carry with them as a daily reminder of what the team had accomplished together.
We produced a soft plush toy keychain in DHL’s iconic yellow and red colour palette, Pantone-matched for brand accuracy. The plush character was designed to reflect DHL’s identity — bold, recognisable, and cheerful. Each keychain was finished with a durable metal split ring and lobster clasp, filled with hypoallergenic PP cotton, and stitched to the quality standard expected of a global brand.
The keychains were distributed internally across DHL Malaysia’s teams as a staff milestone reward. Executing DHL’s brand accurately required strict Pantone matching across the yellow and red tones that define their global identity. Plush fabric dye lots can vary, so we ran multiple test samples before locking in the production colours. The result was a keychain that any DHL employee would instantly recognise as on-brand — a detail that matters deeply when the gift is meant to reinforce company pride.
The feedback from the DHL team confirmed that the plush keychains exceeded expectations. We offer Pantone PMS colour matching for all plush fabrics. We run test samples before full production to ensure your brand colours are represented as accurately as the fabric allows. How long does production take?

Do you deliver outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Delivery fees apply based on weight and destination. For large orders, we can also arrange pallet delivery or direct warehouse drop-off in the Klang Valley.
