Artwork Guide: What Survives Being Shrunk to Charm Size
A logo that looks sharp on a banner can turn to a blob at charm size, because every colour has to be a moulded area with walls between them. Use this as a rough guide before you brief us — it is indicative, and we confirm what works on your mockup.

What is the minimum order for custom shoe charms?
Our minimum is 500 pcs. If you want a set of several designs, tell us the split — each design needs its own mould, and we will advise on the most economical mix.
How long does production take?
Production takes 20–30 working days after artwork approval, including the mould, plus about 15 days for shipping to Malaysia. Express (7 working days) is limited to selected models and is usually not possible for a brand-new moulded design.
Will the charms fit our shoes?
They fit clog-style shoes with holes, but hole sizes vary between brands and between adult and children’s shoes. Send us one shoe or the hole diameter before tooling and we will match the plug to it.
Can you put our full logo on one charm?
Usually it is better not to. Fine text and thin lines do not mould cleanly at charm size. A bold symbol, mascot or short word works best, and a set of designs carries more of your brand than one crowded charm.
Are shoe charms safe for children?
They are small parts and a choking hazard for children under three. They suit teenagers, students, staff and event crowds. For retail or public giveaways we can bag them with a small-parts warning label.
Can you make charms with cartoon characters or other brands?
We only mould artwork you own or are licensed to use, and we ask for written confirmation of rights before any tooling is cut.
Do you deliver outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We deliver across Malaysia, including Selangor, Penang, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak. Prices are quote-based with an itemised invoice (we are not SST-registered, so no SST is charged); we also prepare quotations for ePerolehan procurement.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best. A high-resolution PNG also works — we redraw it for the mould and send you a digital mockup for your approval to approve.
